Job Title: Kiosk Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA - Onsite
Duration: / Term: 6+ months Contract

Qualification:
We are seeking a Kiosk Engineer with strong hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting kiosk systems and hardware. The ideal candidate will have a background in system integration, peripheral configuration, and software deployment for kiosk-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain kiosk hardware and software solutions across locations.
- Perform diagnostics and resolve issues related to kiosk systems (printers, scanners, touchscreens, network connectivity).
- Work with cross-functional teams including software developers, IT support, and field service engineers to deploy and maintain kiosk functionality.
- Ensure kiosks are compliant with security and operational standards.
- Manage software rollouts, firmware updates, and content deployments remotely.
- Document installation procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
- Provide support for field issues and escalate hardware/software problems as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 5+ years of experience in kiosk hardware/software support or similar embedded systems.
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Linux-based systems used in kiosks.
- Hands-on experience with kiosk components (barcode scanners, thermal printers, payment devices, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with remote monitoring tools and kiosk management platforms.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
