As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in the hands-on development and deployment of automation pipelines, machine learning models, and generative AI solutions to address complex challenges across multiple functional areas of our global business. What will you be doing?
- Design and develop AI and machine learning models for tasks such as classification, prediction, NLP, computer vision, and optimization.
- Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Monitor model performance and retrain as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Document model development, experiments, and performance evaluations.
- Stay current with trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.
Who are You?
- BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience designing and building AI/ML systems, with a strong grasp of modern data architectures.
- Strong understanding of ML models for classification, prediction, NLP, Computer Vision and optimization.
- Deep hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, along with familiarity with MLOps best practices with proven track record of deploying production-scale AI/ML systems.
- Strong understanding of Systems Architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrable expertise in Generative AI technologies (e.g., RAG, GPT wrappers, fine-tuning).
- Functional understanding of APIs and UI/UX systems, with exposure to JavaScript frameworks like Vue and React.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow) and database systems (SQL/NoSQL), including OLAP solutions
