Job Description
We are undertaking a large-scale enterprise implementation of Atlassian tools (Jira Software & Jira Align) to support 40,000+ users across the organization. To ensure success, we are looking to bring in three key roles with expertise in design, configuration, and scaling Atlassian solutions in alignment with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices.

Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Jira and Jira Align at scale.
Define the enterprise governance model, security, access controls, and scaling strategy.
Ensure alignment with SAFe portfolio/program/team-level requirements.
Oversee integrations (DevOps toolchains, identity management, reporting systems).
Execute the hands-on configuration of Jira Software and Jira Align.
Design and optimize workflows, boards, dashboards, reporting, and automation.
Implement role-based access and governance as defined by the Solution Architect.
Collaborate with business teams to ensure tools support real-world delivery needs.
Bridge tooling design with Agile practices at scale (SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, PI Planning).
Define process adoption strategies and ensure Jira/Jira Align supports them.
Provide training, coaching, and best practices to drive enterprise-wide adoption.
Partner with leadership and teams to enable end-to-end visibility and traceability.
Nice-to-Have:
Atlassian certifications (ACP-JA, ACP-610, or equivalent).
Prior experience in enterprise-scale cloud deployments and migrations.
Familiarity with competing Agile-at-Scale tools for comparative insight.
