Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in chat, email, and phone customer support, demonstrating a customer-focused approach that tailors interactions and solutions to diverse customer needs
- Technical proficiency with computer systems, software, and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and patience, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences
- Strong time management and prioritization skills for high-quality and time-sensitive customer communications
- Attention to detail in issue discovery and case note documentation
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure situations
