Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Only Local to Parsippany, NJ
Job Description:
End User Support Specialist- L2/L3
Provide 2nd line end user support for EOC / WOC / Canada offices but also provide support for other global systems and users maintaining all current KPI's that align with the L2 team
To act as an escalation triage point for technical issues that are unresolved by L2 team before ticket transfer to other resolver groups'
