Position Type: contract.

JOB OVERVIEW:
  • Global Technology Solutions, Marketing & Home Division is searching for the next-generation software development technologist, who can drive the ideation to the customer-centric product.

  • As a Senior Engineer in full-stack development, responsible for developing and leading a cross-functional team that develops VCG-Marketing & Home applications, plan enhancements, and maintenance/support.
  • This critical role is also responsible for software development, thorough understanding of architectural design, and decision-making, guiding the team and enabling a team with technical solutions while building and enabling a great customer experience.
  • Working with cross-application teams, system engineers, DevOps, QA, and program management teams etc.
  • Overseeing end-to-end responsibility for the design and development of medium to highly complex initiatives within the Marketing & Home - Plans product space.
  • Need to ensure that the best applications will be designed and developed in accordance with client's organizational policies, procedures, and other business requirements.
  • Participating in the evaluation of technical feasibility, risks and requirements change management.
  • Defining technology architecture, which is in line with customers, enterprise architecture and technology roadmap.
  • Preparing workflow charts and diagrams (activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram and package diagram) to illustrate sequential programming steps.
  • Designing reusable, scalable, and high-performance application features and components.
  • Managing Epics, Sprints, stories, dashboards, kanban boards, bugs, and other things on Jira Working on the security features of a system.
  • Defining and creating CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins Building and developing web components using React Framework.
  • Building and Developing cloud native microservices using reactive Java and Spring Boot.
  • Installing logical architecture during the physical implementations for customers according to their business environment and requirements for security, interoperability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.


You will need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience. Experience with Java, Microservices, SOAP, REST API Experience with Reactive Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring boot, Spring Batch and Spring Integration Frameworks technologies.
  • Experience with MVC, React JS, Angular or any other front-end technologies.
  • Experience with CICD pipelines, Jenkins and Release Management Even better if you have one or more of the following: A degree.
  • Experience with Cassandra/Oracle, GraphQL, Shell Script, Redis caching.
  • Experience with Tomcat, IntelliJ, Eclipse, MS Visual Studio Code Knowledge on E-Commerce web ordering solutions to integrate with the Payment platform.
  • Experience with SoapUI, Postman, Junit, Progression & Regression Testing
  • Experience with CJCM / Pega Case Management
  • Experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Kibana logs)
  • Experience with SonarQube Experience with Grafana, Docker Containerization
  • Experience with JIRA Dashboard for defect tracking and scrum reporting.
  • Experience with Blackbuck for vulnerability analysis.
  • Experience with leading and working with a cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge and using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
