Job Title: Senior Web Developer
Location: Austin, Tx 80% remote. The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework
Interview: WebCam/In-person
Work Location With-in the United States.
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira (preferred).
Job Descripiton:
- Oversee UX/UI Designs: Ensure design decisions align with UX best practices and adhere to agency-wide standards.
- Translate Research: Convert user research into actionable design deliverables such as wireframes, user stories, and prototypes.
- User Testing: Conduct user testing and outreach to validate that products meet user needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams, key stakeholders, and senior leadership to discuss design solutions and rationales.
- Lead UX/UI Efforts: Take responsibility for managing large-scale UX/UI projects with minimal supervision.
