Pay Range:$48.87-$69.81/Hrs
Description
Support Unified Communications collaboration environment.
Manage day-to-day operations, critical client escalations, and infrastructure deployments.
Execute processes to support IT infrastructure and resources.
Prepare for new or changed services and manage the change process.
Ensure application services meet business demand in terms of availability and capacity.
Apply information security procedures for compliance across infrastructure applications.
Facilitate problem resolution throughout the information system lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support infrastructure applications and data repositories.
Monitor, measure, report, and review application service performance.
Support continual service improvement plans for IT infrastructure.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications supporting IT services.
Collaborate with peers for solution planning, testing, and problem resolution.
Provide on-call support, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience with Unified Communications technologies.
3 years of experience with messaging platforms.
2 years of experience with scripting technologies.
Experience with monitoring technologies.
Solid understanding of directory services, server, and networking technologies.
Experience with virtual platforms and office productivity tools.
Proven experience in problem identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.
