  • Hands on experience gained through at least 6 years in a complex software development role
  • Proficiency in C#/.NET (including .NET Core) and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

responsibilities:


  • Recent experience working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) teams, as both a practitioner and an adherent, using Jira/Confluence
  • Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Familiarity with event-driven programming (RabbitMQ or similar)
  • Basic PowerShell for scripting/automation
  • Ability to perform code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, GitHub, Bitbucket)

Preferred qualifications:



  • A university degree in a technical program, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems. Advanced degrees and/or other professional certifications are a plus
  • Experience in financial industry-specific technologies, such as FIX messaging, market data APIs, and trade order management systems (OMS)

  • Control-M (job scheduling)
  • Exposure to Informatica or other ETL tools
  • SonarQube or Veracode for code quality/security
  • Knowledge of Splunk (monitoring/log analysis)
  • Experience with cloud technologies; AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or PCF will be a plus
  • Strong customer focus with a sense of ownership and determination to drive solutions in a collaborative environment
