- Partner with project teams and customers to provide delivery updates and escalate risks and issues as needed
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients, management, and cross-functional team members
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks in collaboration with technical leadership
- Drive accountability and follow-through to ensure project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
- Foster cross-team collaboration, working across functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to achieve results
- Apply systems thinking to create holistic, scalable solutions
- Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Waterfall as appropriate
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical project management, ideally with scalable platform, product, or service delivery
- Strong understanding of technical risk identification and mitigation planning
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a quantitative and analytical mindset
- High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and empathy for teams and partners
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Immerse Intake, and GSuite products
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
