Project Manager

TEKsystems is partnering with a respected local organization to find a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead a full-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. This role will be instrumental in managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and overseeing the end-to-end deployment of the ERP system across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of an ERP implementation, from RFP development and vendor selection to system deployment and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and external vendors to ensure alignment and success.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate the RFP process: gather requirements, draft RFP documents, evaluate vendor responses, and support contract negotiations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide executive-level updates.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, including ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite).
• Proven experience leading RFP processes and vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Must be located in Hawai'i

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $78.00/hr.
