Salesforce BA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce BA in Maryland Heights, MO.

Duties:
* Salesforce BA will be the liaison between technical groups and the business
* Lead effective requirement elicitation sessions by ensuring all required stakeholders participate and escalate if needed
* Be an active project participant by offering feedback, guidance and assistance to help meet project delivery dates
* As a Salesforce BA, you will effectively communicate with all project stakeholders representing all levels of the organization

REQUIREMENTS:
* 6-10 years of previous BA experience
* Experience with Chalk and Jira applications
* Basic understanding of databases and web services
* Basic understanding of Network structure and elements, system architecture
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Organizational skills; Coordination of meeting agendas, minutes and action items
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools that include Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and
PowerPoint
* Ability to adapt to the organization's documentation standards
* Ability to work with little supervision
* Ability to write requirements that are clear, concise, testable and can be interpreted by development teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple project assignments
* Ability to independently research topics using available tools like SharePoint and other document repositories
* Ability to see the -big picture- and determine how application changes will impact other systems
* Ability to recognize up/downstream dependencies
* Ability to create a business process model (diagram) representing current and future processes
* Business Analyst Certification such as CBAP or CCBA is nice to have
* Previous telecommunications experience as an analyst or in a similar role is nice to have

Visual Paradigm (nice to have):
* All BA deliverables produced from ArchiMetric
* Allows BAs to link and trace requirements end-to-end
* Generates the requirements package (BAPD)
* Central repository for requirements management and reusability
* Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN): Used to construct process flows to clearly show impact of project (as-is and to-be flows)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
