Specifically Looking For
- Leaders, not contractors - someone who owns outcomes, not just tasks.
- Someone who can sit with the business, understand context, question assumptions, and drive meaningful change.
- A manager who motivates teams around vision and value, not just delivery.
- A professional who can clearly differentiate Salesforce Core, Data Cloud, and Agentforce for any given business scenario.
- Someone who builds a long-term transformation roadmap, not short-term fixes.
Role Summary
Seeking a strategic Salesforce Manager who is not just an execution lead but a true transformation leader. This role requires someone who can deeply engage with business stakeholders, understand why processes exist, challenge the status quo where needed, and drive value-led Salesforce transformations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, vision, and the ability to build and inspire high-performance teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Leadership & Transformation
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by understanding end-to-end business processes and transformation objectives.
- Lead Salesforce-driven business transformations, not just technology implementations.
- Ask the why behind requirements to ensure alignment with business value and long-term vision to solve problems.
- Translate business strategy into scalable Salesforce roadmaps.
2. Strategic Ownership & Vision
- Build and own a long-term Salesforce agenda architecture, roadmap, adoption, and innovation.
- Drive value creation mindset across programs instead of task-based delivery.
- Proactively identify transformation opportunities using Salesforce ecosystem capabilities.
3. Team Leadership & People Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional Salesforce teams laying a vision.
- Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and business thinking.
- Enable team members to think beyond tickets and deliver business outcomes.
- Foster leadership at all levels rather than individual contributor dependency.
4. Stakeholder & Program Management
- Engage directly with CXOs, business heads, product owners, and IT leadership.
- Drive governance, prioritization, and value realization.
- Lead large-scale Salesforce programs end-to-end: discovery, design, delivery, adoption, and optimization.
5. Salesforce Platform Expertise
- Provide leadership across:
- Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Salesforce Agentforce
- Confidently explain and position:
- When to use Salesforce Core vs Data Cloud vs Agentforce
- How each supports different business use cases such as CRM operations, real-time data unification, and AI-driven automation.
