About the Role:

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you'll play a crucial role in managing key relationships with high-profile clients. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and ongoing value delivery of the company's AdTech platform.

This is not a standard account manager position, your technical acumen will be essential in understanding complex data workflows, APIs, and implementation strategies. Your background in AdTech will allow you to provide insights that directly impact performance and campaign effectiveness.

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients across onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support

  • Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, campaign performance, and product configuration

  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to prioritize and resolve client-impacting issues

  • Provide proactive strategic guidance to clients to ensure they're leveraging the full value of the platform

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the AdTech landscape and evolving client needs




What We're Looking For:



  • 2-5 years experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar client-facing technical role

  • Strong exposure to the AdTech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, measurement, attribution, etc.)

  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles (e.g. APIs, SDKs, data pipelines, scripting)

  • Comfortable speaking with both technical stakeholders and C-level execs

  • Experience working with tools such as Postman, SQL, Python, or basic scripting languages is a plus

  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
