job summary:


  • Responsible for providing analytical, operational, and administrative support to deliver desired business outcomes and to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the broader technology organization.
  • This role will involve performing financial analysis, analyzing data, managing and disseminating KPIs, and assisting with various organizational initiatives.
  • This role will collaboarate closely with internal stakeholders and work across departments to build relationships for informed and effective decision making and facilitating effective communication on processes. In addition, this role has the unique vantage to understand processes that directly impact technology readiness and budget targets, and how to streamline and simplify for maximum efficiency.

salary: $54.53 - 64.53 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:


  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must possess analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills


qualifications:


  • Financial acumen - budgeting and forecasting experience, ensuring financial accuracy, integrity, and clarity
  • Presentation and Reporting - experience preparing KPIs and Visualisations for an Executive audience to support decision making
  • Strong financial/business,reporting and data analysis background
  • Strong Project Management skills with ability to drive results


skills:

  • Guides deliverables through all phases, ensuring data quality and accuracy is completed
  • Identifies, assigns, tracks, escalates, and resolves issues as they arise
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint,etc) proficient
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel level
  • Strong EQ
