ServiceNow Developer with Claims and Healthcare
As an ServiceNow Developer you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Implement and maintain ITSM modules including Service Catalog, CMDB, and Service Portal.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliverables.
Conduct training sessions for end-users.
Support continual service improvement initiatives.
Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
Prepare and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases.

o Proficiency in JavaScript, as it's the core scripting language used in ServiceNow.
3. ServiceNow APIs
o Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
4. ITSM Process Knowledge
o Solid understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management processes.
5. ServiceNow Certifications
o Typically required:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
6. UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows
o Ability to create and manage these components effectively.
7. Problem-Solving & Debugging Skills
o Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
