Position: Business Analyst / Product Manager (Salesforce, GXP, ML, Hospitality)
Looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst / Product Manager with proven expertise in Salesforce platforms, GxP compliance, Machine Learning (ML) integration, and hospitality industry solutions.
In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and compliance units to design and deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of domain expertise and technical acumen to enhance guest experiences, optimize operations, and drive digital transformation across the hospitality ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce and ML-driven solutions.
Ensure solutions meet GxP compliance standards while aligning with business goals.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and compliance teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Drive innovation by integrating ML models and predictive analytics into hospitality workflows.
Provide subject matter expertise on hospitality platforms and guest experience optimization.
Oversee product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery and adoption.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager with focus on Salesforce solutions.
Strong knowledge of GxP compliance frameworks and regulated environments.
Hands-on experience integrating Machine Learning models into enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with hospitality technology platforms and processes (e.g., reservations, guest services, loyalty programs).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a balance of technical and business mindset.
