Job Details
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in a technical project management or engagement management role, specifically on Workday deployment or implementation projects.
- Technical Workday Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Workday's technical framework, including:
- Integrations (Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services)
- Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields
- Data Conversion methodologies and tools
- Workday Security
- Testing Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a Testing Lead for a large-scale ERP/HCM implementation, with a strong grasp of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle management.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage timelines, resources, and risks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Client-Side Mindset: Ability to act as an informed client and advocate for SPS Commerce, ensuring vendor and partner deliverables meet our quality and business standards.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Pro Certifications in Integration or Reporting.
- Experience with Workday deployments in a retail or supply chain environment.
- Prior experience working with SPS Commerce or in a similar fast-paced, cloud-based technology company.
