Job Details

Job Title: IVR QA Specialists

Duration : 6 months

Visa: No H1B/CPT/OPT
Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite)

Experience: 8+

Description :

Experience with Hammer On Demand is a must
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years in software industry QA
- Proficiency in creating test plans, cases, defect tracking, and status reporting
- Expertise in testing Natural Language speech recognition, AI, and cognitive solutions
- Familiarity with automated test tools, specifically Hammer On Demand

Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Text to Speech and Speech to Text technologies
- Experience with Postman for API testing
- Background in SAFe/Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Rally for project and test management
- Proficient in writing and executing IVR test cases
- Prior experience in Healthcare software testing
