Sr. Keynote Designer
Cupertino, CA (Hybrid - in office Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Summary
Client is looking for an experienced Senior Keynote designer to join the Retail Engagement and Marketing team. In this role, you will design compelling presentations and graphics for live in-person and virtual events, meetings, and conferences that inform, inspire, and motivate client Retail teams around the world.

You'll help design stories that inspire and move audiences across many disciplines; Keynote design, document design, environmental design, photography, illustration, motion graphics, copy, and more. You'll collaborate directly with senior leaders and members of client executive team. And you'll work closely with fellow designers, strategists, writers, video creatives, and subject matter experts from all across Cient.

You'll design clear, inspiring, and alluring presentation segments for our meetings, events, and conferences - from concept to delivery.

We're looking for a super-smart design power-user that can quickly turn complex ideas into simplified and beautiful creative solutions. Someone who cares deeply about the details and getting them just right every time. And someone who will be a creative and positive force on the team.

Key qualifications
  • 10+ years in a professional design/creative environment
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling across platforms and formats
  • Mastery of Keynote, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of good design principles, typography, and layout
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Motion graphics experience; proficiency in After Effects or similar
  • Live and virtual event experience
  • Experience presenting creative concepts to leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced team
  • Ability to work and design collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and designs under tight schedules
  • Comfort where speed, flexibility, and experimentation are part of the day-to-day

Pay Range: $85- $90

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
