JOB DESCRIPTION:
Works in Service Now and backend database to manage inventory data from OEM, PCS, and Schools to ensure data during purchase, onboarding, distribution, and delivery is captured in the system and aligns to existing structures. Develops the support hub interface and leverages Service Now data to track purchase, deliveries, and device support activities.
