Sr. ETL Developer

Introduction:

The Sr. ETL Developer will be responsible for data/ETL/Datawarehouse Testing, with a focus on cloud experience in SNOWFLAKE, INFORMATICA, and Data Validation Testing. They will work with large data sets, execute workflows in Informatica, and collaborate with various teams to ensure project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Strong expertise in SQL Server, handling all SQL objects
• Execute workflows in Informatica, debug failures, and perform RCA
• Prepare test artifacts needed for project delivery
• Work with Business and UAT for demo of test scenarios
• Work offshore and delegate work effectively on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience in Data/ETL/Datawarehouse Testing
• Experience with Control-M tool or any other scheduling tools
• Strong SQL query writing, data modeling, and analytical skills
• Prior experience in executing, debugging, and leading RCA in failures on control jobs
• Understanding of End-to-End data warehousing systems
• Experience in Informatica or any other ETL tool
• Knowledge or experience in IDQ and Tableau
• 5-8 years of ETL Testing Experience in Large Data warehouses
• Advanced SQL skills including complex PL/SQL coding
• Creating testing artifacts like Test Plan, Test Strategy, RTM, Defect Report, and Test Closure
• Prior experience as a data tester
• Experienced in preparing test plans and executing test cases
• Experience in working with Business/UAT/Offshore
