Job Details

Job Description:
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven hands-on experience in Performance engineering with some exposure to SAP or similar packaged products/DBs.
  • Strong experience in DB Performance tuning and engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance-tuning SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Experience in doing in-depth Root Cause Analysis to identify performance bottlenecks
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, and C++.
  • Expertise in performance testing tools, including LoadRunner Enterprise, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, and Postman.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, visualization, end-to-end performance evaluation, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience working with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficient in using application performance monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
  • Skilled in using various profiling tools to efficiently identify performance bottlenecks.
Good to Have Skills:
  • Expertise in performance assessment and optimization of complex applications built on the SAP HANA.
  • Understanding of SAP BTP components such as API Management (APIM), SAP Integration Suite, Conversational AI (CAI), Data Intelligence (SAP DI), and AWS storage services.
  • Expertise in application and database performance monitoring in SAP , HANA DB cockpit, and SAP BTP cockpit.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and in-memory databases.
  • Solid understanding of Algorithms and Big-O notation.
  • Experience with code management using Git.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodo
