Position: Cloud Services & Software Integrity Engineer
Location: Remote MUST be able to work 9am to 6pm CST
Type: Contract 12 months
Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Support:
Understand and manage internal cloud offerings and shared services with a focus in AWS.
Expertise in cloud networking principles, AWS networking services, and hybrid connectivity to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available network architectures.
Experience securing AWS cloud networks by setting up firewalls and access controls.
Ensure continuous operation and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure. troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly.
Data Management Systems (DMS):
Strong expertise in managing and maintaining Jenkins automation pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable CI/CD operations. This includes performing regular updates, tuning configurations, and managing plugins to optimize performance. The role requires monitoring job executions, troubleshooting failures, and maintaining build stability across various environments. Contribute to documentation, testing and observability of the collected metadata.
Design and implement containerized solutions using Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE). Containerize applications, scripts, and automation tools to improve consistency and deployment efficiency
Business Solutions Development:
Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Apply software development best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Cross-functional Support:
Provide support for various projects requiring tool development or business solution implementation.
Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in cloud infrastructure, automation, and software development.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing processes and solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
Familiarity with Python automation frameworks, virtual environments, and experience in improving existing tools and processes.
Experience maintaining and optimizing data management systems (Jenkins), including updates, backups, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with updating Linux packages.
Proven experience in developing business solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying software development best practices.
Strong project support and stakeholder communication skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
