Key Responsibilities
Perform needs analysis to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Collaborate with sales engineers, customer success, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and onboarding is successful.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transaction details in the CRM system.
Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise IT solutions.
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
