Job description:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Development Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end development of intelligent, scalable applications that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern web technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including FSD, Data Engineers, python Developers, GenAi Developers and business stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack GenAI applications.
  2. GenAI Integration: Oversee integration of LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) into business workflows.
  3. Frontend Development: Guide teams in building responsive, user-friendly UIs using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  4. Backend Development: Architect and manage scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, or Java.
  5. Data Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity with databases, data pipelines, and vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
  6. Prompt Engineering & RAG: Collaborate on prompt design and retrieval-augmented generation flows.
  7. DevOps & Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud deployments (AWS, Azure).
  8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and ML engineers to align technical delivery with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Programming Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and backend languages (Python, Java).
  2. Frontend Frameworks: Deep experience with Angular (v8+), React, and state management tools (NgRx, Redux, Zustand).
  3. Backend Technologies: Proven experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
  4. Database Knowledge: Hands-on with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  5. GenAI Tools: Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
  6. Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); CI/CD pipelines.
  7. Version Control: Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows.
  8. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
  2. Understanding of RAG architecture and embeddings.
  3. Exposure to NLP, ML pipelines, or model fine-tuning.
  4. Familiarity with enterprise SDLC processes.
  5. Sensitivity to UI/UX for AI-assisted applications.
