About the job

1. Business Process & Requirement Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Conduct workshops with business users to understand sales, distribution, billing, pricing, and credit management needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.

2. SAP SD Configuration & Customization

  • Configure SAP SD modules, including:
  • Sales document types, item categories, and schedule line categories
  • Pricing procedures, condition types, and access sequences
  • Customer master data (sold-to, ship-to, bill-to, payer)
  • Delivery, shipping, and route determination
  • Configure tax determination, freight, and discounts.
  • Integrate SD with FI, MM, WM/EWM, and PP modules.

3. Order-to-Cash (O2C) Execution Support

  • Support end-to-end O2C cycle:
  • Inquiry / Quotation
  • Sales Order creation
  • Delivery and Goods Issue
  • Billing and Invoice processing
  • Revenue posting and AR integration
  • Resolve issues related to pricing, billing blocks, delivery blocks, and credit limits.

4. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

  • Prepare and maintain:
  • Functional specification documents
  • Configuration documents
  • User manuals and SOPs
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for support teams and end users.
