Description
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Support Engineer to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. In this role, you will streamline software development and deployment processes while ensuring system reliability and scalability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the optimization of cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
Address and resolve problem tickets and service desk requests in a timely manner.
Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to improve system integration and workflow automation.
Perform regular system checks to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
Document procedures and provide guidance to team members on DevOps practices.
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in DevOps engineering or a related IT support role.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its various tools.
Proficiency in Kubernetes for container management and deployment.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
