SQL Developer(SSIS, SSRS) Healthcare Data Focus

We re seeking a skilled SQL Developer to design and manage enterprise data solutions, support BI/ETL processes, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SQL Server-based databases, including stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Design and implement SSIS ETL jobs for high-volume data processing.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to define and fulfill data requirements.
- Create and support enterprise Data Warehouse/Data Lake systems.
- Monitor industry trends to recommend technical improvements.
- Document database processes and develop SOPs for long-term efficiency.
- Translate complex business logic into data solutions.
Requirements:
- 9+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures).
- Strong background in SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, and ETL development.
- 4+ years working with source control tools (GIT, SVN, or TFS).
- Experience in healthcare/clinical/billing data systems.
- Bachelor's in CS, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Competencies:
- Deep understanding of normalized databases and complex data models.
- Ability to work independently and lead by example.
- Skilled in writing technical documentation and process flows.
