Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator with a drive for precision and a passion for building lasting infrastructure? We're hiring a Project Estimator to join our growing team in Tucson, AZ. This is a direct-hire opportunity with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

As a key player in our pre-construction team, you ll be involved in the entire estimating cycle from reviewing bid documents to coordinating with subcontractors and vendors. You ll play a crucial role in shaping competitive, complete bids that reflect excellence and technical accuracy.

What You ll Do:

  • Attend pre-bid and scope review meetings to evaluate project needs
  • Review bid documents and develop accurate cost estimates
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure complete and compliant proposals
  • Analyze subcontractor bids for scope, schedule, and compliance
  • Assist project managers with awarded projects, change orders, and progress reviews
  • Maintain and improve estimating databases and tools
  • Prepare estimates for multiple concurrent projects
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, GCs, and engineers
  • Promote our culture of Commitment to Excellence through teamwork and integrity

What You Bring:

  • 2 5+ years as an electrical estimator (low voltage experience a plus)
  • Understanding of general electrical design and branch circuit layout
  • Proficiency with computerized takeoff tools (McCormick a plus) and spreadsheets
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Associate or bachelor s degree preferred, or equivalent experience considered

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with McCormick estimating software
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
