Job Description
Participate with multi-functional development team discussions with software teams, capability domains, and key partners to ensure alignment with peers and downstream customers. Analyze and negotiate Collision Avoidance related requirements with internal and external stakeholders throughout product development and integration. Focus on capability and systems performance and lead technical solutions. Support the development, calibration, and validation of Intelligent Speed Assist and ensure all stakeholders deliver on time so that the programs can be type approved. Hands-on end to end capability owner that tests and integrates system level capabilities on simulation, close course, and real-world on vehicle. Effective communication of issues and support the ability to solve problems and prioritize/balance workload as they arise. Apply solid technical understanding, critical reasoning and structured approach to solving problems in both familiar and unfamiliar domains. Ability to handle agile development approach and quick, fast pace changes that enable customer facing improvements

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field of study. Three (3) years of experience as a Senior ADAS Application Calibration Engineer, ADAS Application Calibration Engineer, Application Engineer, or related occupation. Three (3) years of experience in Identify problems, analyze varying courses of action to resolve and negotiate efficient solutions and implement contingency plans. Two (2) years of experience in Active safety systems, vehicle performance, and automated driving technology; and Technical and non-technical communication skills. One (1) year of experience in Control system integration and testing of hardware and software; and Vehicle and HIL test platforms.
