Job Details
Position: Senior AWS Connect Developer
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop sophisticated contact center workflows and routing strategies using Amazon Connect
Create and implement complex contact flow configurations to optimize customer interaction experiences
Develop and integrate custom Lambda functions to extend Amazon Connect capabilities
Implement advanced routing logic, including skills-based routing, queue-based routing, and intelligent call distribution
Develop and maintain integrations between Amazon Connect and other enterprise systems (CRM, ticketing systems, databases)
Create and implement real-time and historical analytics dashboards using Amazon Connect reporting tools
Design and implement robust security measures and access controls within the contact center environment
Develop custom contact center solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFormation and Terraform
Implement voice and chat-based communication channels with advanced features like natural language processing
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in contact center implementations
Technical Skills Requirements
Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Connect
Advanced experience with AWS services, including:
AWS Lambda
Amazon DynamoDB
Amazon S3
AWS CloudFormation
Amazon EventBridge
Amazon Transcribe
Amazon Comprehend
Proficiency in programming languages:
JavaScript/Node.js
Python
JSON and XML
Experience with contact center telephony systems and telecommunications protocols
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices
