Job Description

Power BI Architect

Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Long term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Architect (12+ years), not BI Developers, to design and implement enterprise-level Power BI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in Data & BI Tools, with a strong focus on Power BI.

You will be responsible for creating and managing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Develop Power BI Solutions: Architect and design Power BI reports, dashboards, and complex data models, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Data Integration & Modeling: Integrate multiple data sources into Power BI, leveraging DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling techniques.
  • Strategic Reporting & Analytics: Deliver actionable insights by creating sophisticated reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • End-User Training & Support: Provide expert training and support to end users on Power BI functionalities.
  • Operations Management: Manage Power BI operations to ensure efficient performance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in BI tools, with a focus on Power BI architecture and solution design.
  • Experience integrating Power BI with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
  • Strong data modeling, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to work with business teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar certifications.
  • Experience in leading Power BI projects at an enterprise level.
