Job Description:

  • We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Risk Program Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen risk resiliency across the organization.
  • This role will focus on partnering with project teams to identify and mitigate risk, support the implementation of enterprise risk tools, and embed risk practices into Agile delivery models.
  • Experience in IT environments and a strong understanding of operational and cyber risk are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and execution of risk resiliency strategies across business and technology teams.
  • Collaborate with project and product teams to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans that reduce potential business impact.
  • Lead or support the implementation and adoption of enterprise risk management tools and platforms.
  • Integrate risk management practices into Agile workflows, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Facilitate risk assessments, scenario planning, and business impact analyses.
  • Partner with IT, Security, Compliance, and Business Continuity teams to align on risk posture and response strategies.
  • Maintain risk registers, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to track risk exposure and mitigation progress.
  • Support post-incident reviews and ensure continuous improvement in risk response and resiliency planning.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in risk management, program management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading risk tool implementations (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC, LogicManager).
  • Strong understanding of risk resiliency concepts, including cyber risk, operational risk, and business continuity.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and security practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, PMP, CISA) are a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex risk scenarios into actionable plans.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Education:

  • Must have a BA/BS in a related field.
