Location: NJ/CA/NC & Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the migration of existing B2B/EDI integrations from MessageWay to Seeburger. The BA will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration specialists to ensure a smooth transition, minimize disruption, and optimize processes on the new platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for migration from MessageWay to Seeburger.
  • Analyze current MessageWay workflows, mappings, and partner configurations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define Seeburger BIS architecture and integration approach.
  • Create gap analysis between existing and target systems.
  • Develop migration plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate testing and validation of migrated interfaces and transactions.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across business and IT teams.
  • Prepare user documentation and support training for Seeburger BIS.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data integrity, and regulatory standards during migration.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in B2B/EDI integration projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MessageWay and Seeburger BIS platforms.
  • Familiarity with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP).
  • Ability to create functional specifications, process flows, and mapping documents.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with testing coordination and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of migration best practices and risk management.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in Seeburger BIS configuration or MessageWay decommissioning.
  • Understanding of cloud-based integration and API management.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
