Job Details
Job description: Port LNA design from one node to another, fix/ update Layout, perform layout extraction, do correlation between extracted sim of two nodes, optimize the ported design if the perf is not acceptable, Complete responsibility of LNA design
Requirements: Solid knowledge of RF/LNA ckt design using 40n-130n nodes processes. Knowledge of TSMC/GF is a plus. Solid knowledge of Cadence and RF spectre suite, layout, extraction tools etc. Solid knowledge of semi physics, electromagnetics, RF linear and large sig systems considerations.
