Detailed Job Description:

  • Lead production support operations for enterprise applications.
  • Create and set up new environments (Dev/SIT/UAT/PLE/Prod) across on-premises and AWS.
  • Use automation tools to replicate and configure application components between environments.
  • Install, configure, and manage middleware platforms such as WebLogic, Tomcat, and Wild fly.
  • Perform application setup, deployment, and configuration in collaboration with development teams.
  • Handle certificates, keys, and SSL stores to ensure secure communications.
  • Integrate with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for automated build and release processes.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using tools such as New Relic and ELK Stack.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.

Must Have Skills:

  • ITIL-based Production Support Leadership
  • AWS Cloud Administration & Automation
  • Linux System Administration (RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS)
  • Middleware Administration (WebLogic, Tomcat, Wild fly)
  • Networking fundamentals
