REQUIRED SKILLS

Salesforce Platform Lead (5 years)

• Looking for something between admin and developer (contractor)
• Dev: mid level
• Admin: Sr level
• Financial background (admins today are good but more IT Techy than they are on maybe understanding business process and key business pieces)
• Basic understanding of how a GL works.
• PSA module, % complete on the jobs. Business knowledge good because support tickets come in around those business oriented questions.
• Service cloud, rep intelligence, analytics, accounting module Certinia, PSA module Certinia (rev management)

• Gaps
• Marketing cloud no one on that space (could use experience in that)
• Could always teach someone learning Certinia, but with background in business and knowledge base would be the need.
• Salesforce is customized integrations. Certinia packages built on the salesforce environment
• Understanding of salesforce flows. Developers that have the apex, but html/java would be nice. Understand and build flows.
• Would like someone that has both those knowledges (PSA and marketing) or some experience with Certinia. Pardot experience will be more prevalent in today's candidates.

• Current Salesforce Customization
• Have everything for licensing purposes, core ERP, sales service, CRM
• Unique environment prior to them working on the customization, followed by people not following best practices. A lot of rework.
• A huge part of the system is built on Certinia, build out environment and ERP.
• Certinia (will be interesting to see if any candidates have experience)
• Lightning web components (mid-level dev should have some experience)
• Custom built Api between use and salesforce
• Ekg and salesforce
