Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Digital Analytics Consultant with deep expertise in Adobe Analytics to lead digital measurement, optimization, and strategy efforts across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you'll deliver actionable insights, manage site testing and personalization efforts, and provide consultative guidance on digital analytics implementation and reporting.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role not a marketing analyst position and requires the ability to work independently, mentor others, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics strategy and execution using Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch.
  • Deliver insights through dashboards, funnel analysis, fallout reports, and cohort analyses.
  • Support and manage testing and site optimization efforts through A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Mentor junior team members and evangelize best practices for digital analytics.
  • Define KPIs for new and existing digital initiatives; translate data into business strategy.
  • Design and maintain robust analytics implementations across web and mobile platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and QA tagging issues, collaborate with developers and UX teams.
  • Serve as an admin for Adobe Analytics tools and support user training as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years in digital analytics, with at least 4 years of hands-on Adobe Analytics experience.
  • Proven ability to build and manage dashboards, funnel reports, and custom segments.
  • Experience administering Adobe Analytics, including report suite setup and SDR design.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Target, Launch, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Familiarity with HTML and an understanding of web/mobile data structures.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced Adobe Analytics concepts such as eVars, product string tracking, processing rules, and data classifications.
  • Experience integrating offline/disjointed data with digital analytics tools.
  • Strong grasp of data storytelling and executive-level reporting.
  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to write JavaScript and implement tags using Adobe Launch is a plus.
