Position Title: Business Analyst

Required Skills:

4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role

Prior experience as a Developer or QA or other somewhat technical role

Experience writing SQL queries

Experience in an Agile environment and working with Jira/Confluence

Ability to translate Product Owner technical terms to business side

Prior experience with customer-facing applications and/or mobile applications

Ability to get along with a variety of personality types

Desired Skills:

Mobile Application experience

Prior experience in the healthcare industry

UI/UX experience is a plus

Prior ServiceNow experience

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong technical background to support customer facing portal. This individual will play a key role in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements by partnering closely with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders. The Business Analyst will focus on identifying new initiatives, clarifying the business drivers, and breaking them down into actionable projects and deliverables. Beyond gathering requirements, this role requires the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured technical stories for development teams.
