Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire the Integration Services technology team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute integration service strategies aligned with business priorities and the enterprise technology roadmap.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, design, and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Oversee evaluation, selection, and deployment of best-in-class integration platforms to enhance business connectivity.
- Manage, coach, and mentor project and support teams to achieve delivery excellence.
- Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of integration services in production environments.
- Guide teams through organizational, technology, and process change initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of emerging integration technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve shared objectives.
What We're Looking For:

- Demonstrated track record of delivering multiple mission-critical systems with a strong emphasis on execution and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Experience in developing technology roadmaps, resource plans, and managing budgets to drive financial success.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret KPIs and drive performance improvements.
- Experience in vendor and partner management, including the preparation and execution of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Influential communicator skilled at building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, leading teams to quick and effective resolutions.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams, including co-sourced and remote resources.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Hands-on experience with WebMethods and MFT platforms.
- Utility industry experience is a plus.
- Proficient in real-time integration platforms and multi-cloud/hybrid integration strategies.
- Strong background in technology operations.
- Experience leading digital transformation and change initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions.
