Role Summary:
Support the ERP Financial Architect in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring successful RTR solution delivery. Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the RTR Architect to capture and document finance requirements.

Support RTR design workshops and prepare functional specifications.

Assist in creating process flows, reporting hierarchies, and data governance documentation.

Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT) and validate RTR functionality against requirements.

Track issues, perform impact analysis, and support defect resolution.

Facilitate integration touchpoints across OTC, PTP, Payroll, and BI/EPM.

Ensure audit readiness by supporting compliance and reporting controls.
