Job Description:

Work location: Remote, but EST time-zone to align with Offshore teams in Europe and India

We are seeking for a strong leader with on-hand experience in SAP TM in the Distribute to Deliver (D2D) team to implement as part of the overall S4 Transformation and project LEO the SAP Transportation Management processes for the deployment to 15 US sites.

As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will be responsible for working closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery.

In this role you will report to the overall lead for D2D and work with offshore functional team members and development team, to design, configure, test and deploy the TM global template solution.
It is important to have specific knowledge and experience in TM the following areas.

- Basic TM functions for Road, Ocean, Air modes of Transport using Freight Order, Freight Booking Management, Planning using TM Cockpit, Freight Settlement.
- Advanced TM functions like integration with transportation 3rd party providers, TM EWM integration TU-based and ASR.

Responsibilities:
Expected to be an experienced SAP TM business consultant collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Master proficiency in SAP TM is required.
Solution Architecture proficiency at an intermediate level is suggested.

- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems in the SAP TM domain
- Prior experience in implementing SAP TM with external planning and integration would be preferred
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous learning and development
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions
- Consumer Goods industry experience is preferred
