System Support

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a System Support. This role will work 5 days onsite,

Duties:
* Collaborate with users to gather requirements and translate them into functional system solutions
* Leverage relational databases and query languages (e.g., SQL Server) to extract and analyze data
* Develop and manage a role-based security matrix for system and application access
* Monitor and assess data systems to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
* Support large-scale data integration projects involving disparate systems
* Stay current on system capabilities and best practices to ensure effective and modern data processes
* Manage multiple data-related projects, ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and alignment with objectives
* Ensure data integrity and security, complying with district, state, and federal policies, including FERPA and HIPAA
* Develop and manage a security-based roles and responsibilities matrix for district systems and applications
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to recommend and implement enhancements that streamline workflows and support organizational goals
* Prioritize, track and manage multiple projects related to data systems and process improvements, ensuring timely progress, clear communication, and alignment with objectives
* Develop and maintain clear documentation of systems, procedures, and workflows to support consistency, knowledge sharing, and long-term sustainability

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
