Job Details

We are seeking an experienced One Identity Manager (OIM) Engineer to design, implement, and support identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The candidate will work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to manage user lifecycle, access provisioning, and compliance using One Identity Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support One Identity Manager (OIM) solutions

  • Configure user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access workflows

  • Integrate OIM with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, HR systems, and target applications

  • Develop and customize workflows, policies, rules, and approval processes

  • Perform role-based access control (RBAC) and access certifications

  • Support IAM operations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

  • Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and security standards

  • Collaborate with security, audit, and application teams

  • Participate in SIT, UAT, and production support

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with One Identity Manager (OIM)

  • Hands-on experience with IAM lifecycle management

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP

  • Experience with SQL, PowerShell, and scripting

  • Understanding of access governance and compliance

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
