Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team in the design, development, and management of products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with technical and business leaders to define product strategy and develop strategic and tactical roadmaps.
  • Partner with various departments to understand customer needs and promote a customer-centric culture.
  • Oversee large-scale technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational needs and product strategy.
  • Continuously assess market dynamics and competitive intelligence to drive product improvements.

Skills

  • Proven leadership in healthcare or biopharma product development and management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to articulate a compelling product vision.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large technology initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision-making.
  • Proficiency in product management methodologies and financial acumen.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the pharma or biotech industry
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, supply chain, and personalization technologies.
  • P&L ownership and platform development experience.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
