HPLC Contractor 2020982
Location: Watertown, MA (onsite)
Science/ Focus: Small Molecule
Therapeutic Areas: Oncology
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced troubleshooter and method developer with expertise in HPLC/UPLC using MWD, RID, and ELSD, and familiarity with small molecules, lipids, LNPs, and mRNA.
Primary Job Responsivities:
  • Develop new methods to characterize compounds for product pipeline
  • Define important quality attributes of drug substances and aid in process/formulation development
  • Characterize drug product physiochemical properties using various techniques
Primary Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant field with 5+ years (BS) or 3+ years (MS) industry laboratory experience
  • Proficiency in analytical HPLC, including method development and troubleshooting
  • Experience with physiochemical characterization techniques (UV-Vis, DLS, microscopy) and ability to adapt to new technical knowledge and manage multiple projects
