Candidate Location Requirements: Onsite (Redmon)
If hybrid, # of days contractor will be required to work onsite: 2 /3 days a week
Daily Schedule & OT estimate: Mon-Fri 40 hrs.

Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team: We are a newly formed team but not a newly form business, we are a team of engineers that support the Azure commercial marketplace, our goal is to help folks that are trying to sell things to customers, partners or companies online through Azure.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: 10% meetings 90% coding

Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: Degree in the industry preferred but not required.
Disqualifiers: Candidates with no experience with outlook or excel will not be eligible for the role.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain modular CSS just like modular UX.
Performance indicators: Quality of work.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 8-10 years' experience with REACT
2. Minimum 5 years' experience with Modular CSS
3. Minimum 5 years' experience with CID. Basically, DevOps skills and to understand how to deploy websites and maintain them.

Senior React and TypeScript Developer (Contractor)
Responsibilities:
Develop user interface components with React.js, leveraging TypeScript for type safety and code maintainability.
Collaborate on application architecture, focusing on performance and scalability.
Implement features and interfaces using React and TypeScript, optimized for speed and cross-browser compatibility.
Work with Azure Static Web Apps for hosting and automating deployments.
Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and optimized for performance.
Contribute to code reviews to uphold development standards.
Qualifications:
Proficient in React.js, TypeScript, and the development of scalable web applications.
Experienced with Azure Static Web Apps, including deployment and CI/CD processes.
Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred skills:
Experience building user interfaces with opinionated design systems.
Integration of a microfrontend within multi-tenant architecture.
Rapid prototyping using mock APIs.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
