This is an opportunity to join the AI/ML Data Operations Business planning team as a Financial Analyst in a fast paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with Engineering teams to drive the Data Operations annual plan, quarterly forecast, consolidation, timely reporting of actuals and quarter end chargebacks. You will also partner with teams across Data Operations and with other partner teams across the organization with the goal of delivering high-quality results for efficient ongoing operations.
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of financial experience performing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis along with a track record of strong financial modeling skills
Validated analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Aptitude for synthesizing complex data into key components that drive informed decisions
Experience working with cross functional teams to drive consensus
Self-directed and proactive. You thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent in teamwork and relationship building. Works to establish a collaborative relationship with other teams
Follows through on commitments exhibiting a high degree of personal ownership and accountability.
Strategic thinker, continually looking for ways to increase productivity and decrease confusion for customers and operations teams.
Education
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Management or related field;
