Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to various internal teams by identifying critical analytical problems and developing innovative data-driven solutions. Own data integrity, availability, transformation logic, and efficient data access to support the evolving needs of the organization. Identify gaps in existing data, create data product specifications, and collaborate with data warehouse teams to implement data tracking solutions. Develop expertise in our data to build and own relevant pipelines and extract, transform and load (ETL) processes, incorporating automation to improve data pipelines and analyses. Use machine learning and advanced statistics to solve daily business problems. Build and maintain documentation to ensure data accessibility. Respond to ad hoc internal data requests and reporting. Mentor junior-level team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Analytics (any), or a related quantitative field, and 4 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: Architecting and building data models that integrate disparate data sources, using dbt, Apache, or Snowflake; Using MLOps tools to standardize, automate, and manage end-to-end machine learning projects; Working with statistical data analysis including linear models, multivariate analysis, stochastic models, and sampling methods; Constructing advanced queries using SQL and database table design, including writing structured and efficient queries on large data sets; and Experience in causal inference with experimentation; and/or leveraging observational data, including contextual bandit or matching algorithms, to develop business insights. Job Information

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $167538 - $312867 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
